About the job Optimal Trappstädning is seeking a service-oriented and organized person who wants to work in customer service. The work tasks are easy to learn and you will receive clear introduction. Your responsibilities Respond to emails from customers and staff Answer the phone Plan and schedule work assignments Follow up on cases Perform basic administrative tasks Help customers and staff with practical questions We are looking for you who Speak and write Swedish very well Are friendly and professional on the phone and in email Are structured and good at planning Take responsibility and follow up on what you start Have basic computer skills Learn new work tasks quickly Previous experience in customer service or administration is a merit, but not required. What matters most is that you are reliable, service-oriented, and willing to learn the work.
