We're now looking for customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering top-notch service while contributing to our client's business success. Our client is an established tech company with a strong customer focus, where quality, service, and customer experience are at the center.
About the Role
Handle incoming calls and emails from corporate customers
Provide clear and professional support in the customer's systems
Escalate issues to 2nd line support when needed
Identify customer needs and contribute with improvement suggestions internally
About You
We'd love to see that you have experience with some form of customer service and communication. You have a strong ability to guide customers in an educational way. You'll have daily contact with customers, so your drive to go the extra mile is very important.
You are communicative and value collaboration. We also believe you are solution-oriented and view challenges positively. You need to be comfortable with English in both spoken and written form. To thrive in this role, you should have good IT skills, enjoy problem-solving, and preferably have strong computer experience and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
Requirements
Experience working in a service-oriented manner via phone and digital systems
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience in technical customer service and administration

Start Date and Scope
This is a consulting assignment, which means you'll be employed by Hero for the assignment, initially for six months, with a good chance of being hired directly by the client. The assignment can start immediately.
