About the job Namly Design is a print-on-demand company where we sell posters, stickers, and wall decor, among other things. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking to strengthen our operations in Arlöv with an additional customer service representative. Your new role We are seeking a service-oriented and solution-focused customer service representative who wants to help create a positive customer experience with every interaction. In this role, you will primarily provide support and service to our customers via email and chat. You will answer questions, help resolve problems, and guide customers in a clear and professional manner. The goal is always to provide quick, accurate, and personalized service. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat Handle cases and follow up on customer matters as needed Provide clear information about our products/services Contribute to developing and improving the customer experience We are looking for someone who Is service-oriented and demonstrates professional conduct Communicates clearly and in a structured manner in writing Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility Thrives in a fast-paced environment Has strong computer skills Your qualifications We see that you have experience in customer service work and that you can express yourself well, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English. To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you are accustomed to working independently, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and are thorough and flexible. We see that you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing your work tasks. Position: Permanent employment at 100% starting immediately.
