DC Talents is now seeking a service-oriented and communicative Customer Service Representative for our client in Lund for a full-time assignment initially running from 2026-10-01 to 2027-03-31. You will work from the client's premises in Lund. We use continuous selection in this recruitment process and have a short deadline for the final application date. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company to its customers, assisting them with inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will handle questions regarding invoices, subscriptions, and technical support, among other matters. In addition, sales activities are also part of your contact with customers. You will be part of a knowledgeable team with helpful and friendly colleagues. YOUR PROFILE We see that you have previous experience in customer service or customer interactions in some form. You are comfortable with technical questions and have previous experience and/or interest in sales. It is an advantage if you have handled complex or difficult calls before and if you have experience in the energy sector.
