We are now seeking a customer service representative for an established company with a large and diverse product range. You will be an important contact person for the company's customers and work closely with both customers and colleagues in a varied role.
About the Position
As a customer service representative, you help customers with everything from orders and deliveries to complaints, questions, and other customer matters. You have daily contact via phone, email, and digital channels and interact with both corporate and private customers.
You also provide support to customers and colleagues regarding the company's products and services, and work with administration and various digital systems.
The position is full-time with working hours 08.00–16.30 and placement in Umeå. Start date to be agreed upon.
Your Tasks
Assist and provide service to customers via phone, email, and web
Handle orders, deliveries, and complaints
Answer questions and find solutions
Update customer information and manage administration

About You
Most importantly, you enjoy customer service and like helping people. You are positive, curious, and solution-oriented and want to go the extra mile for customers.
You are responsive and communicative when interacting with both customers and colleagues. You are analytical and want to find good solutions. You take responsibility, work independently, and enjoy taking your own initiative.
You don't need extensive customer service experience – the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
We're looking for someone who:
Has completed upper secondary education
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Is comfortable working digitally and learns new systems easily
Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
Brings positive energy and commitment
Is analytical, responsive, and communicative
Experience in customer service, sales, support, or administration is a plus, as is experience with e-commerce, digital communication, or SAP. Knowledge of consumer services law, consumer purchase law, or ABM07 is also an advantage.

About the Employment
This is a staffing assignment where you will be employed by StudentConsulting and hired out to our client. You are employed by StudentConsulting and work on-site with the client in the relevant role.
