Are you an engaged and solution-oriented person seeking a flexible part-time position?
We are now hiring customer service advisors who want to work 1-3 shifts per week, with the option of both half-days and full days.
In this role, you will be the face of our company and handle communication via phone, email, and chat. Your main task is to provide excellent support, resolve customer inquiries, and proactively inform customers about our offerings and products. You are expected to handle complaints professionally and ensure that every case is driven to resolution efficiently. Your daily work also includes registering interactions in our internal systems and collaborating with colleagues in other departments to ensure that customers always receive the right assistance.
Working hours vary depending on customer business hours. Work shifts are Monday through Sunday, daytime and evening hours. The position starts immediately/by agreement, and you will be employed by us at Randstad. Randstad is a specialist in staffing solutions. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries and inform about offerings.
Handle customer complaints and ensure that every case is handled efficiently and professionally.
Register and document customer interactions in the system.
Provide product information and guidance to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related matters.
Qualifications
Since this is a part-time position, you must be able to certify that you are either studying at least 50% or have another primary occupation (employment with another employer).
Fluent in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.
High school education with satisfactory grades.
Ability to handle demanding situations in a calm and professional manner.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Good computer skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
