Customer Receptionist / Inside Sales Representative Needed

We are now seeking a customer receptionist for our client and their team. The client operates in the rental and sales of equipment and machinery for contractors and the construction industry. This includes, for example, wheel loaders, hand tools, and lifts. This role offers very flexible and dynamic work, and you will serve as a resource for the outside sales team, which requires strong technical knowledge of their products. The position also includes significant administrative and order reception work, so it is important that you maintain a strong service mindset in everything you do. Other responsibilities include receiving customers in-store and by phone, as well as handling complaints. Additional examples of tasks include: Deliver machinery to customers Create agreements Support outside sales representatives Create and follow up on purchase orders with relevant suppliers We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education or equivalent. We would prefer that you have previous experience in similar work and have good IT skills. As a person, you are driven, organized, and have strong collaboration skills. You should enjoy working at a fast pace with varied tasks, be good at finding new solutions to potential problems, and be able to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
