The Göinge Bil Invest Group consists of three different divisions: Göinge Bil Personbilar, Göinge Bil Lastvagnar, and our Toyota companies.
Our 15 facilities are distributed throughout Scania and Kronoberg counties, and the entire group has approximately 250 employees and generates approximately 2 Mdkr in turnover. The companies are dealers with associated workshop authorization for Renault and Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles, Dacia, Lexus, XPENG, and Volvo Trucks. Our workshops also service other brands, and through cooperation with Däckteam, we handle everything related to tires. We also offer car rentals through Hertz and have facilities for fueling, washing, and charging at several locations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A position where you as a customer service representative play a central role in the business and are the company's face to the public, with great emphasis placed on service and customer interaction. You will be the link between customer, workshop, and warehouse and a crucial part of operations.
You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on work while helping customers understand what measures need to be taken and why.
You will, among other things:
· Receive customers when dropping off and picking up vehicles
· Handle customer contacts via phone, email, and digital channels
· Advise customers regarding service, repairs, and other workshop services
· Present cost estimates and recommend appropriate measures
· Plan and book workshop work
· Coordinate daily work between customer and workshop
· Follow up on ongoing work and keep the customer updated
· Handle billing and certain warranty matters
· Contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
You should enjoy the customer service role as you will meet many customers daily. We want you to have some years of work experience. It is a merit if you have previous experience from service, parts, or workshop work. You should be responsible and always put the customer at the center. The industry is developing rapidly, so you should enjoy development and forward-thinking, be accustomed to working in different systems, and not be afraid of new programs. You represent a company with a strong brand, high competence, and strong commitment to customers, which is why it is important that you as an applicant have professional demeanor and are driven to provide the best service to customers. Good computer skills and B-level driver's license are required.
