Customer Responsible / Sales Representative / Project Manager – Part-time We are looking for a driven and responsible person who wants to work with sales, customer relations, and project management within painting and bathroom renovation projects. The position is part-time and compensation consists of a base salary combined with commission. The role is perfect for you if you are social, self-driven, and motivated by closing deals while ensuring the customer has a great experience from first contact through project completion. Your main responsibilities: Contact customers who have submitted quote requests to us Schedule and conduct customer visits Review customer needs and wishes Take measurements, document, and gather materials for quotes Create and send quotes Follow up on sent quotes and actively work to convert inquiries into deals Maintain ongoing contact with the customer throughout the project Plan and coordinate our painters and various subcontractors Be the contact person between customer, painters, tile setters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades Ensure that everyone involved knows what needs to be done and when Monitor timeline, materials, and any changes or additional work Conduct site visits and follow up that projects run according to plan Handle questions and minor issues that may arise during the project Keep the customer updated throughout the project Follow up on completed projects and ensure customer satisfaction We are looking for someone who: Is social, trustworthy, and enjoys working with people. You need to be able to take responsibility and drive your tasks forward without constant follow-up. You should be organized and able to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously. Since part of the role involves sales, we would like you to be comfortable following up with customers and working toward closing deals. Previous experience in sales, construction, painting, bathroom renovation, or project management is a plus, but the right personality and attitude are equally important. We would like you to: Have a B-class driver's license Speak and write Swedish fluently Have good computer skills Be solution-oriented and self-driven Have a professional approach Be thorough with deadlines, feedback, and documentation Have a business mindset and enjoy sales About the position Scope: Part-time Compensation: Base salary + commission Work area: Malmö and surrounding areas This is a role with great freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to influence your own income through good results.
