Omsorgshuset does not offer pre-packaged assistance solutions; instead, we work together with our clients to tailor assistance to their specific wishes and needs. About the Position: As an assistant manager, you are the customer relations manager and work closely with your clients. It is important that you get to know your clients well and develop an understanding of their needs. Together with the client, you plan assistance hours in accordance with applicable legislation and decisions. You serve as the connecting link, operating from our Älvsjö office, with travel outside the office as needed. The role is complex and therefore demands a high level of independent work with strong collaboration skills. Responsibilities: - Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines - Manage a supervisory role including scheduling and recruitment - Conduct continuous quality and development work and maintain documentation - Collaborate both internally and externally with social services, healthcare providers, and government agencies to ensure the best possible support and care - You are structured and organized Requirements - Previous experience as a customer relations manager within personal assistance - Valid driver's license Meritorious - Experience with the digital system AiAi Personality Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and genuine interest in the target group. You are collaborative, empathetic, and attentive, with the ability to build trusting relationships. You have strong and clear communication skills and can work in a team.
