Ogres novada Jumpravas pagasta pārvalde invites applications for the vacant position of Cultural Events Organizer at Jumpravas pagasta Kultūras nama (Jumprava Cultural Center). Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, create, and conduct cultural and recreation events of various genres and content; • Develop creative projects related to the cultural field; • Ensure artistic quality standards for events; • Participate in the implementation of nationally significant cultural events; • Develop artistic design concepts and create decorations for Jumpravas pagasta Kultūras nama and Jumpravas pagasta territory, in accordance with planned events; • Prepare event budgets and utilize them in the work process. Requirements for Candidates: • First-level higher education or completed professional development education program in the cultural field; • Excellent Latvian language proficiency; • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team; • Good digital tool proficiency; • Creative approach to work, ability to react quickly and improvise in various situations; • High sense of responsibility, goal-orientation, self-initiative; • Desired: experience or previous involvement in cultural events or amateur arts.
