Do you enjoy short-order cooking and working in a modern hotel restaurant? We're looking for an experienced chef for our Vitalis restaurant team—someone who is passionate about their work, maintains quality and pace, and loves cooking with fresh ingredients. Vitalis restaurant serves hotel guests, and we prepare lunch and dinner daily in à la carte format. Our menu features steaks, burgers, ribs, salmon, salads, pasta, appetizers, and desserts. What will you do? - prepare short-order dishes according to orders - participate in lunch and dinner service preparation - maintain high standards of quality and food presentation - collaborate with kitchen colleagues and restaurant staff - follow hygiene regulations and maintain workplace order Who are we looking for? - you have gastronomy experience (ideally à la carte) - you can handle short-order cooking or want to further develop in this area - you work independently but are a good team player - you are reliable, responsible, and committed to quality work - cuisine training is an advantage, but experience and attitude are what matter most - or you are passionate about cooking and gastronomy without extensive experience—our experienced team will teach you everything What do we offer? - full-time employment - work location: Wellness Hotel Babylon, Liberec - shift work—typically short/long weeks (10:00-22:00) - 5 weeks of vacation - employee meals - employee benefits and access to Babylon entertainment center - stable employment at an established hotel - friendly team and modern kitchen equipment - opportunities for professional growth and development Interested?
