We require vocational training in the field (experience is an advantage, but not mandatory), reliability and independence, and respect for work in the social sector. Employee Benefits: salary placement in the 6th wage class + possibility of personal evaluation (after the trial period). Wages and supplements are provided in accordance with applicable legal regulations and in due time. Stable working conditions: regular working hours (no night shifts), 25 days of vacation, meal allowance, provision of drinking water, cultural/sports or pension insurance contribution, provision of uniforms and their maintenance.
