For ISMM Restaurants & Hotels s.r.o., which operates Hotel Gong and Hotel Šipka in Štramberk and Mlýn Kozlovice, we are looking for suitable and ambitious candidates for the following positions: CHEF for Hotel Šipka / Hotel Gong We require: • Vocational training or experience in the field. • Creativity and knowledge of gastronomic procedures. • Independent food preparation and related tasks. • Work on both cold and hot kitchen stations. • Compliance with hygiene standards and internal rules. • Time flexibility and reliability.
