Job Duties: - preparation of cold cuisine products, baked goods, and seasonal products - ensuring kitchen operations and contributing to the organization of kitchen workflow - recipe development and order planning - support for a team of 6 employees with disabilities Requirements - at least 2 years of experience in the field (cold cuisine and baked goods preparation) - driver's license category B required - basic PC skills - Word, Excel - empathy and respect for people with intellectual disabilities, patience, reliability, flexibility, responsibility, creativity, and a human approach.
