Job Responsibilities: - Preparation and cooking of dishes according to established procedures, processing of ingredients determined by the nutritional therapist - Portioning and serving of meals - responsibility for maintaining correct portion sizes - Operating large-capacity kitchen equipment - Adherence to hygiene and epidemiological standards and performance of protective disinfection - Performing sanitary cleaning of the kitchen and adjacent areas Requirements: - Secondary vocational education with apprenticeship certificate in the culinary field - Work experience in the field is an advantage - Attention to detail, responsibility, reliability, and independence We Offer: - Salary conditions in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. (VI. Salary Class; from 22 970,- Kč - 32 590,- Kč depending on length of professional experience) + personal allowance - 5 weeks of vacation - Non-financial benefit in the amount of 3 000,- Kč (recreation, supplemental pension savings)
