Qualification Requirements - Minimum secondary vocational education with a trades certificate (culinary field) - Professional experience in the field We Require - Independence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team - Reliability, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work - Clean criminal record - verified by criminal record extract Job Responsibilities - Prepare technologically complex dishes from hot and cold cuisine in accordance with applicable regulations - Ensure the food safety and hygiene of prepared dishes - Ensure compliance with standards (weight, portions) - Ensure production of hot and cold dishes and their portioning according to applicable regulations, directives, and established technological procedures - Prepare dietary meals within the scope of the healthcare and social care facility dietary system - Receive raw materials from storage and are responsible for their proper storage and processing - Perform additional tasks related to the position as directed by the supervising employee We Offer - Competitive salary (full-time position from 21,890,-Kč to 31,240,-Kč according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll.) + personal bonuses, allowances, and rewards - 5 weeks of vacation - Company benefits: - Workplace catering - Pension insurance contribution - Employee massages - Modern, newly equipped safe working environment with state-of-the-art technology - Collegial and friendly atmosphere - Responsible position with a trustworthy employer Working Hours: 40h/week, unevenly distributed, 12-hour shifts Start date: by agreement.
