We require: - Work experience in the field is essential - Expertise, care, and meticulousness - Independence, reliability, diligence - Responsibility, loyalty - Good health status - Stress resilience - Clean criminal record - Responsible approach to fulfilling work duties Job responsibilities: - Preparation of dishes according to traditional Czech cuisine recipes - Production and service of standard and technologically demanding hot meals, à la minute dishes, and desserts, including complex specialties - Production of complex dishes and cold cuisine specialties for festive occasions, banquets, receptions, trainings, and meetings, both on-site and on business trips of one or multiple days, including creation of original recipes - Organization of work in food production with material responsibility - Establishment of technological procedures - Collaboration on menu preparation and compilation, and more Shift work: - Two-shift operation - Working hours Monday through Friday - Morning shift 6:00 to 14:15, afternoon shift 10:30 to 18:45 - + 500,-Kč shift allowance - Personal allowance after training + permanent employment contract after one year 25 days vacation, 5 days sick leave, pension or life insurance contribution, etc. A structured professional CV focusing on previous employment history is required.
