Start date negotiable Fixed-term employment contract for one year with possibility of renewal. Average salary: 37 400 Kč Job description: o Preparation of standard hot dishes, soups, and side dishes o Preparation of technologically complex and dietary meals o Processing of butchered meat, poultry, and fish for kitchen preparation o Establishing technological procedures for food preparation o Formulating recipes and menus o Food service and distribution o Maintaining documentation for food service operations o Comprehensive cleaning of kitchen and other areas related to food service operations Work schedule: single shift, unevenly distributed including days off according to service schedule Mon - Sun (morning shift 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, afternoon shift 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM) Please submit a brief resume with information about previous employment and professional knowledge and skills.
