Chef / Cook: • Preparation of meals according to the menu (hot and cold cuisine) • Establishes technological procedures for large-scale food production, including monitoring their compliance, and may propose own recipes while adhering to proper technological procedures • Collaborates on menu planning for meal preparation • Selects appropriate technological procedures for meal preparation • Issues and dispatches finished dishes • Organizes and supervises the work of other kitchen staff during food production • Performs hygiene and sanitation activities in kitchen operations • Fulfills additional tasks assigned by supervisor Required knowledge of HACCP and compliance with hygiene regulations Advantage: experience in the field of social services, education, or healthcare.
