Preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hotel guests and outside visitors, cooking according to hotel recipes and calculations, warehouse and raw material order management, HACCP system compliance including documentation, meal preparation for groups, schools, and corporate events. We require a culinary apprenticeship certificate or documented experience in a relevant field, a food industry worker health card, Czech or Slovak language skills, and willingness to work shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
