About the Role As a requirements analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring that the organization's needs are transformed into clear and actionable requirements for the development of digital services and systems. You will work closely with business units, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to create solutions that meet both user and organizational needs. The role includes, among other things: Mapping, analyzing, and documenting business needs Leading and conducting workshops with various stakeholders Developing and managing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Ensuring traceability between business objectives, requirements, and deliverables Supporting development teams and business units throughout the change and development process Contributing to improved approaches to requirements management and business development We are Looking for You With Several years of experience as a requirements analyst, business analyst, or similar role Experience working with requirements gathering in complex organizations Solid understanding of agile methodologies and development processes Experience facilitating workshops and dialogues with diverse stakeholder groups Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Experience from the public sector Experience developing requirements for public sector procurement, including the creation of requirement specifications, evaluation criteria, and support in the procurement process according to LOU Understanding of how business needs are translated into clear, measurable, and trackable requirements in connection with the procurement of systems, services, or digital solutions As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive at creating alignment between business and technology and are comfortable managing multiple perspectives simultaneously.
