We are now seeking a coordinator, school trainer and educator for Gotland based in Visby. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop in both of our business areas: recruitment and rehabilitation as well as workplace environment and health. The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and collaboration partners. You will build networks, hold information meetings, manage various types of agreements, and follow up with individuals in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent with customers and collaboration partners to provide support, information, follow-ups and education – all to contribute to skills supply and a sustainable working life in the construction industry. Part of your time will be spent at upper secondary schools providing information about workplace environment, safety and health in construction and plumbing classes. We sell workplace environment training to companies, which means the training courses held on Gotland will be conducted by you. Since the work involves spending a lot of time with our customers and collaboration partners, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car. You will have overall responsibility for Gotland as a destination but will have colleagues on the mainland with whom you will have continuous contact and be part of our Northern region. Meritorious, not decisive - Strong knowledge of workplace environment & health - Good knowledge of the construction industry About Galaxen Bygg We operate in two areas: Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate rehabilitation efforts for managers, HR and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning and following up. We also help people find the right job and employers find the right expertise in the construction sector. We create opportunities for customized employment for people with disabilities who have a background in construction. Workplace Environment & Health: On behalf of the industry, we offer training and lectures in areas such as Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA), NPF and Ergonomics. We also meet all students in upper secondary school construction and plumbing programs every year to provide information about workplace environment, safety and health. Placement location: Visby with all of Gotland as work area Type of position: Permanent employment at 50-75% with 6 months probation. The position has a salary range of 37,000 – 39,000 kr (for a 100% position) depending on experience. The position may lead to an expanded employment level over time.
