We are looking for an experienced and independent technical coordinator for our team at Bílá | Beskydy Resort, who will take responsibility for the overall technical condition of buildings, facilities, equipment, and IT infrastructure of the company.
This is not just about year-round technical management of the Children's Park. The position includes technical management of all company operations, accommodation facilities, administrative and operational buildings, outdoor areas, technologies, infrastructure, and related equipment.
We require:
- technical education or equivalent experience,
- advantage: experience with technical management of buildings, facilities, or operations,
- experience leading people and organizing work,
- ability to plan, set priorities, and control results,
- ability to independently evaluate technical problems,
- practical and technical mindset,
- basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and technical equipment,
- ability to communicate with external contractors and supervise their work,
- responsibility, consistency, and systematicity,
- ability to respond quickly in emergency situations,
- user-level computer skills.
