Warm welcome to a pleasant workplace in Västra hamnen, Malmö municipality, where you will function as a coordinator/administrator of needs-assessed and private service provisions for our users in various municipalities. This position suits you if you enjoy working at a smaller workplace part-time in a small management team. It's beneficial if you have previously worked in the Lifecare business system or earlier care systems. You will also handle customer service with sales of our service offerings such as cleaning in various forms, laundry, and shopping. Email communication and certain personnel responsibility are included. Administrative work will occur including scheduling, payroll processing, and applications for RUT deductions to the tax agency. Working hours do not include weekends or public holidays. The position is 60%. You must enjoy working independently but also in a group. Certain service provisions will be included! The position therefore requires that you as an applicant have experience in previous leadership, knowledge within earlier customer service with email handling, and a public-facing role!
