Requirements
• university degree in construction or related field,
• knowledge of investment and project management,
• experience with facility management, technical systems, or construction projects (preferred),
• independence, organizational skills, and responsible approach,
• proactive problem-solving mindset,
• valid driver's license category B.
Job Responsibilities
• coordinate technical department activities and collaborate with company management,
• prepare documentation for investment and repair projects,
• assist in developing maintenance, repair, and asset development plans,
• coordinate project documentation, contractors, and construction work,
• administer investment projects and maintain related documentation,
• assist in identifying and securing funding opportunities,
• monitor the technical condition of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure,
• contribute to ensuring proper operation of technology systems, energy management, and water utilities,
• assist in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection requirements,
• participate in addressing operational issues, repairs, and technical malfunctions,
