Job Responsibilities: • Providing necessary care to adults with physical and mental disabilities. • Supporting direct care workers and collaborating on activities in clients' homes. • Working with clients and their families. • Conducting household meetings. Requirements: • Meeting qualification requirements per §116 of Act No. 108/2006 Sb. on Social Services. • Social Services Worker training course. • Organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Responsible approach and good health. • Time flexibility. • Basic computer skills. Advantages: • Experience in social services. • Experience leading or coordinating a work team – 1 year. • Group B driver's license. Personal Qualities: • Empathetic and approachable attitude toward people. • Reliability and resilience in stressful situations. • Interest in further education and professional development. • Knowledge of issues related to mental and combined disabilities.
