Managing specialized agendas of pension insurance, sick leave insurance, and social security contributions and employment policy support funds. Making decisions in benefit-related and non-benefit matters of sick leave insurance, preparing documentation for the distribution of sick leave insurance benefits to individual eligible recipients, providing expert assistance to all entities of sick leave insurance and citizens regarding sick leave insurance benefits. The role requires user-level proficiency in MS Office including electronic communication, ability and willingness to learn new things, organization of assigned work and its completion within set deadlines, ability to work independently and as part of a team, responsibility, precision, flexibility, reliability, and a client-focused approach.
