Job Responsibilities: This position involves making decisions on benefit and non-benefit matters related to sick leave insurance, preparing documentation for the payment of sick leave insurance benefits to individual eligible recipients, providing expert assistance to all subjects of sick leave insurance and citizens regarding sick leave insurance benefits. Managing specialized agendas of pension insurance, sick leave insurance, and social security contributions and employment policy support contributions. Requirements: • At least secondary education with a high school diploma, • User-level proficiency in MS Office including electronic communication, • Good written and verbal communication skills, • Client-oriented approach, responsibility, precision, reliability, • Ability to work as part of a team. We Offer: • Fixed-term employment for the duration of maternity and parental leave, • Salary classification in the 9th salary grade according to Government Regulation No. 304/2014 Coll., as amended, • 25 days of vacation, 5 days of sick leave, 5 days of study leave • Meal allowance, • Flexible working hours.
