- Sales is the main event here - not boring desk work, but dynamic work with people where your charm, energy, and communication skills play a crucial role. You'll help customers find the ideal solution to make their daily lives easier, and offer products and services that make sense.
- Every conversation can lead to a sale. And every sale brings you not only success, but also higher rewards. Your work has a direct impact on the store's results and your monthly income. Commissions have no ceiling, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
- On the sales floor, you'll be part of a team that's firing on all cylinders - we share know-how, tips, and motivation to push further. You'll try different sales approaches, learn how to deal with different types of customers, and improve a little bit more in sales every single day.
- You'll work in an environment that's driven and competitive, but also fair and fun.
- Commissions have no limit. Our top sellers take home up to 70,000 Kč per month, the average is around 40,000 Kč including base salary, and everyone can grow higher.
How your onboarding works:
