QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR - METROLOGIST

Job Responsibilities: - Incoming material and raw material inspection (Receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying inspection certificates from suppliers and checking quality and dimensions, issuing non-conformance reports when discrepancies are found) - In-process inspection (Regular measurement and visual inspection of parts during series production, resolving production discrepancies) - Final inspection (Final product inspection before release for shipment) - Metrology (advantageous): Management, documentation, and regular inspection of measuring instruments and measurement equipment. Ensuring their calibration, verification, and maintaining appropriate metrological documentation. Requirements: - Secondary education (mechanical or technical field preferred), experience in a quality control position in mechanical engineering manufacturing. - User-level knowledge of MS Office, experience with HELIOS information system and TouchDMIS is a significant advantage. - Ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings, knowledge of measurement using standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). - Attention to detail, precision, independence in deciding on conformance/non-conformance, and strong communication skills (collaboration with setup technicians, process engineers, and production supervisors and managers).
