Stockholm Housing Agency (Bostadsförmedlingen i Stockholm) mediates rental apartments throughout the Stockholm region and collaborates with over 200 property owners. We are a link between people seeking housing and property owners, with more than 75 years of experience in Stockholm's rental market. Your Role
As a facilities manager with us, you are part of the company's management, which includes finance, HR, legal, procurement and contracts, as well as facilities matters. You work closely with our facilities superintendent. We have a helpful and unpretentious atmosphere and work closely together to develop the business in the right direction.
This position is newly created and will help raise the company's internal service. The role is diverse and includes both practical and administrative tasks. Since the position is new, you will also have the opportunity to help develop the role. This is a full-time position performed on-site at our current premises in the Slakthusområdet area near Globen.
As a facilities manager, your tasks will include:
responsibility for mail handling and receiving deliveries
carrying out inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
preparing for meetings, breakfasts, and lunches
planning and supporting events
contacting suppliers
responsibility for ordering office supplies and invoice handling
supporting the company's move to new premises
assembling furniture and rearranging
preparing authorization documents
Your Competence and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
high school diploma (gymnasieexamen)
worked for at least one year in a similar role as facilities manager, office assistant, or in facilities management
experience with invoice handling
good computer skills
strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have:
good technical skills
previous experience with the accounting system Agresso
In this role you will have many contacts with both colleagues and suppliers. Therefore, you need to be service-oriented, receptive, and good at collaboration. You also need to be able to plan and manage your work independently and be flexible when circumstances change. Since the tasks vary, we are looking for someone who enjoys solving both practical and administrative challenges.
