Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB provides entertainment in Malmö through our various operations including restaurants, pubs, and event and conference facilities. Due to increased demand leading up to the New Year, we need to expand our administrative function. We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience, with primary communication through phone. You will take phone bookings and help customize corporate solutions and other festive activities on a smaller scale. In your role, you will also serve our internal staff such as service and kitchen with information. It's a merit if you have experience with phone sales or any form of customer contact previously. As a person, you are thorough and organized with a pleasant phone manner. Right now we're looking for someone who can work approximately 2-4 days per week around 14-19 and you can work on Saturdays as well as sporadic evenings.
