ABOUT THE ROLE
As office coordinator, you have a key role in the organization and are responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, professionally, and with high service standards. The role is broad and includes administrative, coordinating, and practical tasks with many internal and external contact points.
You will, among other things:
Manage daily office operations
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and visits
Handle purchasing, supplier contacts, and office services
Plan and coordinate events and internal activities
Book travel and manage related administration
Be the contact person for office and property-related matters
Ensure meeting rooms and technical equipment function properly
Handle documents, powers of attorney, and other administrative documentation
Provide administrative support to management and operations as needed
YOUR PROFILE
You have experience from a service-oriented and coordinating role, for example in hotels, hospitality, events, service, or office administration.
