As office manager, you will have overall responsibility for an established operation with approximately 16 employees. The role is fundamentally operational with its focus on production, delivery, and team development. This means you are responsible for ensuring the operation runs efficiently on a daily basis, that projects maintain high quality, and that the organization develops over time. Your Assignment: Lead and develop an organization of approximately 16 people Create clarity in structure, responsibility, and working methods Delegate responsibility and build a sustainable management structure Ensure clear goals, follow-up, and results-driven management Plan staffing and capacity in line with growth Recruit new employees together with other managers To succeed in this role, we would like you to: Have solid experience in engineering design, preferably in HVAC/energy Have experience leading teams within technical consulting Be business-minded and accustomed to results responsibility Want to lead, develop, and help others grow Have the ability to create structure and build organizations To thrive in this role, you need to be able to transition from personally delivering to getting others to perform.
