Do you want to lead and develop an engaged team at a forward-thinking accounting firm? RT Ekonomi is now seeking a driven and confident manager for our office in Boden. We're looking for you – a natural leader with strong communication skills. You are business-minded, organized, and have the ability to create engagement and confidence within a group. As Office Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations, staff, and client relationships at the Boden office. You serve as a bridge between management and employees, combining leadership with some ongoing operational work. The position is a full-time permanent employment with individual salary negotiation. Placement is immediate. Main Responsibilities Lead and allocate: You have personnel responsibility and coach your colleagues in daily work. Quality assurance: You ensure that the office's financial deliverables maintain the highest quality. Business development: You nurture existing client relationships and drive the office's local growth. Operative work: You support complex client assignments as needed. Who Are You? Relevant post-secondary education in accounting/finance. Several years of experience with diverse accounting work. Experience in leadership or work supervision. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Merits: Experience from an accounting firm or similar consulting business. Financial closing and consolidated accounting.
