About the Assignment
As a consultant or trainer with us, you will conduct training based on your expertise and experience. Our courses and training programs are customized according to the client's needs and vary in scope, content, and format.
Assignments may consist of, for example, half-day or full-day training, shorter targeted interventions, or recurring training sessions over a period.
We primarily conduct training live at a distance, but also on-site at the client's location within our operational area.
The assignment is suitable for you if you want to work as a consultant alongside other work. Training is conducted both during day and evening hours depending on the client's needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
has solid and current experience within your specialist area
has experience in training within one or more relevant areas
is up-to-date with current theory and developments within your area of expertise
has strong pedagogical abilities
can listen, inspire, and engage participants
is flexible, responsive, and well-organized
has a good ability to work independently
feels comfortable conducting training digitally as well as on-site at the client's location.
