As a consultant with us, you are a key person in the customer journey. You work closely with our customers and help them get maximum value from our solutions through consulting, training, implementation, and support. You help organizations develop, streamline their processes, and guide customers through the digital transformation happening within the education sector. Your Role As a Consultant at IST, you work closely with our customers to ensure they get the maximum value from our solutions and services. You combine consulting, training, implementation, and support with a strong customer focus and a good understanding of business needs. The role is varied and involves you serving as an important link between the customer and IST. You help customers develop their processes, streamline operations, and make the best use of our systems. You work both operatively and strategically, contributing expertise, leading training and implementation projects, and supporting customers in their digital development. An increasingly important part of the role is helping customers understand and benefit from AI-based tools and new digital working methods that can simplify and improve their daily work. Your Main Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: • Plan and execute onboarding and implementation projects. • Deliver training, administrative services, and consulting services to customers. • Support customers with technical and functional questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner. • Create, develop, and maintain training materials and documentation. • Build long-term and trusting customer relationships. • Identify improvement areas and opportunities to develop customers' use of our solutions. • Contribute customer insights to product development. • Identify and drive upselling opportunities for services and modules. • Promote the use of AI-based tools and guide customers on their digital development journey. • Ensure delivery according to internal processes, SLAs, and time reporting. Your Profile To thrive and succeed in this role, you are a communicative and relationship-building person who is driven by helping customers succeed. You have a consultative approach, are solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • An academic degree in IT, systems science, or another area that the employer considers equivalent. • Experience in consulting work, customer support, or service delivery. • Experience with SaaS solutions and digital systems. • Good ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions. • Experience in training, change management, or implementation work is advantageous. • Experience with IST's products or similar systems is advantageous. • An interest in digitalization, AI, and how new technology can create value in organizations. • Experience from schools, municipal operations, administration, or similar business areas is advantageous.
