Can you handle everything related to piping? Now you have the chance to work with detailed design, within engineering and mechanics, for a highly respected client, with a great setup for someone who needs to (weekly) commute! What is required - what experience and qualifications do you have: Some form of relevant post-secondary education, such as a degree in piping design, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or equivalent field. Knowledge and experience with CAD programs (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is important, along with good knowledge of piping, dimensions, and CAD skills. If you have a background in process components such as valves, pumps, and heat exchangers, this is a merit for the position. Experience with project work and industrial/process industry is considered good background. You are independent and have experience with measurements in operations. The position suits you with at least a few years of professional experience after completing your education. Who are you as a person: You are a calm and analytical person, patient and thorough in your work, and you possess high technical competence and interest along with a well-developed solution-oriented approach. You need to have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team, also with other professional competencies. What you get: Drive projects concerning piping designs and mechanical systems through the entire chain, from idea to final product. Maintain and update relevant documentation for your technical expertise. Design and dimension piping systems according to given specifications and standards.
