Mechanical Design Engineer - Development of fixtures and special-purpose machines (M/F) We are a traditional South Bohemian engineering company Motor Jikov Fostron a.s. We provide opportunities for both experienced design engineers and talented graduates who want to gain practical experience on diverse projects. What Your Work Will Include - Custom Design: Design and modifications of hydraulic clamping fixtures for machine tools, assembly fixtures, and special-purpose machines. - Modeling and Documentation: Work in 3D (preferably CAD/NX Siemens) and creation of 2D technical drawings for production. - Connection to Practice: Close collaboration with colleagues from production and assembly - your ideas won't stay on paper; you'll see their real-world functionality. What We Expect from You - Secondary or university education in a technical field (mechanical engineering). - Knowledge of 3D modeling (experience with NX Siemens is a major advantage but not a requirement). - Ability to create clear 2D documentation for production. - Logical and technical thinking, reliability, and a desire to learn new things. - Experience in design is advantageous, but we are happy to train a passionate graduate.
