Pastry Chef/Baker

ICA Kvantum Lillänge is seeking a pastry chef/baker for our newly built pastry section in the store, which is growing steadily. We produce cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, and more. You will also bake bread and buns in our in-store bakery. You will work daytime hours, with some weekend work occurring in our pastry section. We operate according to Swedish Grocery Trade Association guidelines. You appreciate order and organization, have a strong ability to plan your own and your colleagues' work days together. You have experience working with sustainability, raw material processing, love creating products from scratch, have an eye for quality, and create that special something extra. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker Education in a relevant field Good knowledge of food hygiene Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient and structured manner Experience working according to Swedish Grocery Trade Association guidelines Meritorious: Work with sustainable and seasonal raw materials Experience mentoring and leading others in production Knowledge of costing and recipe development Experience with Store office and Min butik Scope and start date for this position by agreement.
