As we expand, we are now creating a new role: Group Accounting Manager. You will lead the accounting function, which today is a team of four employees. You will work closely with the CFO with considerable freedom to shape how work will be conducted going forward. About the Role EcoDataCenter is in an expansive phase and is now seeking a Group Accounting Manager. As Group Accounting Manager, you are responsible for accounting and group reporting at EcoDataCenter and will lead a team of four employees. Your responsibilities include financial statements, consolidation, annual reports, accounting principles, audits, and internal controls within the accounting area. The role involves leadership where you develop the team and build scalable processes, while also being hands-on and diving into complex accounting matters and ensuring quality and delivery. An important part of the assignment is to create structures that support a capital-intensive and project-based business with multiple companies, large investments, and high requirements for reporting and control. You have a clear mandate to develop working methods, internal controls, and system support as EcoDataCenter grows. You will, among other things: Have overall responsibility for statutory accounting and group reporting Lead and develop the accounting team Build processes, internal controls, and system support that keeps pace with our expansion Ensure regulatory compliance Work closely with the CFO, auditors, and other parts of the finance function Contribute accounting expertise as operations and the organization develop Location: Stockholm or Falun Scope: Full-time Start: By agreement Who We're Looking For We believe you have several years of experience in qualified accounting work from a group environment, and that you have previously led a team. You enjoy working close to operations and thrive in an environment where things change rapidly. We believe you have an interest in system development, digitalization, and automation. We would like to see that you have: Higher education in economics/accounting Strong knowledge of IFRS and K3 Experience building or developing an accounting function in a growing organization Experience with personnel responsibility Experience with process improvement, internal control, and system support Meritorious: experience in real estate, energy, infrastructure, construction, or contracting Meritorious: experience from project accounting Meritorious: experience with complex VAT and tax matters Very good knowledge of Swedish and English What We Offer With us, you become a key person and get to help build the finance function in Sweden's leading data center business.
