3 positions are open in a project funded by MPSV under the OPZ+ program.
1. Position: Community Worker "Senior Connector"
- Worker manages the entire agenda of intergenerational meetings in communities.
- Will coordinate and actively support joint intergenerational meetings.
- Participates in their implementation and actively attends them.
- Will communicate with communities, target groups, and assess their needs.
- Closely cooperates with seniors in the community and discusses meeting topics and content with them.
- Ensures collaboration with the younger generation, who will also participate in meetings.
- Actively involves local schools and kindergartens in the meetings.
- Secures venues for meetings and organizes joint outings.
- 0.5 FTE position.
2. Position: Community Worker "Grandparents Coordinator"
- Actively seeks grandmothers and grandfathers in the Lower Pojizeří region who are able to offer help to families without family and social ties in the area.
- Grandmothers and grandfathers will ensure children's transitions from primary school to after-school activities, etc.
- Will manage communication with target groups, namely families without social ties.
- Organizes "childcare," manages time schedules, supports community cooperation, and coordinates seniors (volunteering "grandmothers and grandfathers").
- Participates in activities that map the community and actively seeks target families with children.
- Independently researches information and shares it across the team.
- Attends regular meetings and continues professional development.
- 0.5 FTE position.
3. Position: Community Events Coordinator
- Will manage all aspects of planning and implementing community events.
- Cultural events, reading clubs, seminars and lectures, etc.
- Actively participates in activities that map the community, target groups, their needs, and wishes.
- Identifies potential resources and strengthens community bonds.
- Collaborates with local organizations and municipal leadership. Finds venues for activities.
- Supports cooperation within the community and healthy interactions between the community and other stakeholders.
- Supports volunteers. Independently researches information and shares it across the team.
- Attends regular team meetings. Continues professional development.
- 0.8 FTE position.
