Join our Additive Manufacturing team that manufactures 3D-printed components for Siemens Energy's various gas turbines!
You will become an important part of our qualifications for new components.
At the same time, we have growing volumes in serial production where you, together with the rest of us, will have great responsibility and opportunities to reduce costs, lead times, and quality issues, with your focus on post-processing of the printed components.
We are a relatively new operation currently in a growth phase where you get the opportunity to influence decisions and new processes!
How you will make an impact
Participant in development projects and qualifications of new components.
Production review of new documentation.
Create and maintain preparations in SAP in collaboration with production.
Manage and implement changes.
Drive improvement work in quality, lead time, and cost within your component responsibility.
Process improvements.
What you bring
At least five years of experience in similar roles in a production environment and/or relevant higher education.
Fluent Swedish and comfortable conducting meetings in English.
SAP experience is a merit.
Driving and curious attitude.
Good collaboration skills with different stakeholders and teams.
About the Team
Locally in Finspång, Additive Manufacturing is a small operation where we help each other move forward daily, with knowledge, time, and care. On your department there are project managers, planners, sales representatives, and production technicians. We naturally work closely with production at all times but also have extensive contact with our global AM organization as well as with R&D, procurement, customers, and other production sites.
Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines brought together under one roof, along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced carbon footprint.
