Welcome to us! Your work tasks As a Communicator with us, you'll find a varied role with emphasis on operational communication work in digital channels. Your assignment includes creating, tailoring to target audiences, and publishing content for both internal and external communication. You will produce material for social media, where the focus is on images and video, simple editing, and post texts. The position also includes creating, managing, and optimizing advertising in the major social media channels. Furthermore, you are a natural part of our daily work through working with web, intranet, news writing, proofreading, and preparing presentations. You have the entire organization as your field of work, with assignments ranging from simple reel productions to participation in larger communication projects. The role is outward-facing and involves occasionally visiting our operations to meet people, either in the company of colleagues or in more formal settings with politicians. Then it is you who is responsible for photographing, filming, and collecting material. The role also involves significant personal responsibility for managing our paid campaigns on social media. You regularly participate in various project groups and networks, both within your own unit and cross-functionally with colleagues in other administrations. Your workplace Communication Services is the municipality's internal communication agency that offers communication services to the municipality's operations and companies. Here we help from idea to finished production. Among other things, in film, photography and animation, sound production, graphic design, e-learning, copywriting, accessibility adaptations of certain documents, web publishing, web-based training, and advertising via social media. We are located in modern premises in Ebbepark. We apply trust-based work hours and remote work up to two days a week when operations allow. Some work will be conducted at inconvenient times. You who are applying We are now looking for a curious and engaged Communicator. We are looking for someone with a university degree in communication and media, or alternatively other education that the employer deems equivalent. You who are applying have experience working with communication both internally and externally. We also see that you have experience producing texts and other content for publication in digital channels and on social media, as well as experience publishing and optimizing campaigns in the most common social media channels. It is also a requirement that you have experience with video and audio production for social media. You have the ability to follow a given graphic profile, and have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent software. We would also like to see that you have experience in project management or have been a driving project participant within communication. A plus is if you have previously worked with strategic communication work in a politically governed organization. It would be beneficial if you also have experience in creative copywriting. For the position, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written, as you will be producing material in Swedish. We consider it meritorious if you have a class B driver's license as the work involves travel to different locations for reporting and filming. As a Communicator, you are quality-conscious and responsive to customer needs.
