Civitas Assistans was founded to offer something unique in personal assistance in Dalarna: a warm, family-like, and at the same time professional alternative. Those of us who work here have extensive experience in assistance both privately and professionally. As a personal assistant with us, you will be a key person in someone's life. Who am I then? I'm a cheerful guy, 20 years old, living in Insjön with my family and cats, and I've just started working in Leksand.
I live with autism, IF, and physical functional variation and need help with most things in my everyday life for things to work. I communicate somewhat through speech, but also through sign language and pictures. I need your help to find a social life outside of school. I enjoy hockey, working out at the gym, swimming, going to flea markets/secondhand shops, and going on outings. Maybe you can help me find more and new interests.
The assistants who work with me today are a great team who all enrich my everyday life in different ways. Now I'm looking for you, preferably a younger guy, who is confident, driven, resourceful, responsible, and has a great deal of patience and who wants to work extra hours with me.

Work hours: weekdays 1:00 PM–8:00 AM, weekends/holidays 9:00 AM–9:00 AM
For this position, you are required to:
Have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Be a non-smoker
Have a B driver's license
Be able to tolerate cats, as there are cats in the family
It is also an advantage if you have:
Experience in the profession of personal assistant
Experience with sign language/sign language.
