The Meal Services department is part of Sjöbo Municipality's Care and Social Services Administration. Our operation includes 19 kitchens throughout the municipality. We prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks for preschools and schools, lunches for upper secondary schools, and dinners and lunches for customers within care and social services. We are now recruiting staff for short-term temporary positions within meal services at Sjöbo Municipality's preschools, schools, care and social services facilities. 4 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will be employed as an hourly temporary worker, which gives you great flexibility in determining how much you want to work. You will have the opportunity to work in different types of kitchens, both small and large, throughout the municipality, allowing you to gain valuable experience. We use a scheduling system that enables you to easily control when you want to work. Job responsibilities include food preparation and cooking, as well as dishwashing, cleaning and serving. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who is trained as a cook or kitchen assistant, or alternatively someone with equivalent knowledge/experience in the industry, preferably from large-scale kitchens. A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous since work locations are spread throughout the municipality. Strong proficiency in Swedish is required, both spoken, written and reading. As a person, you thrive in a varied work environment and are flexible. You are proactive and engaged. You place great emphasis on good customer service and are punctual.
