About the job. We're looking for help rolling out and managing our popular buffé while keeping it fresh and well-stocked. Your tasks will also include dishwashing, cleaning before opening, manning the counter, and more. What's important is that you have speed and enjoy working. We'll teach you what needs to be done. And there's plenty of room for development. Ugglan is a recreational venue for adults offering a range of activities: shuffleboard, boule, table tennis, pinball, pool, air hockey, foosball, and much more. Our guests come to play and have fun, and they do. Once they're done playing, they want to eat—and eat well. The kitchen produces tons of food and we have satisfied, happy guests. The food at Ugglan is street food-based. It's fun to work at Ugglan—the place is popular and busy with plenty to do. And there's a great atmosphere among the staff who appreciate good staff meals, which we put extra effort into. We have two types of guests. Drop-ins who order burgers, pizza slices, chilis, milkshakes, etc., and pre-booked groups who eat Ugglan's Taco Buffé. People eat hearty from the Taco Buffé—it's well-prepared, which means plates come back scraped clean. Sauces and salsas are made in the kitchen and are much appreciated. If you like fast-paced work and feedback on the food, you've come to the right place. We have well-established routines with order and structure in food production. We have a really great team in the kitchen at Ugglan and you'll land in good company. The job involves setting out the Taco Buffé, keeping it well-stocked and fresh during service. You'll work weekends and evenings, but we're open to discussing shifts and hours depending on what we agree on. Requirement: ability to speak and understand Swedish A schedule we can offer immediately is Tuesdays 15-23 Fridays 15-01 Saturdays 16.30-01
