THE POSITION:
As a cook/cold food specialist at Marys in Sälen, you are one of the most important pieces of the puzzle for our guests' stay and experience in Sälenfjällen. Together with your colleagues, you will create an experience that exceeds expectations. You will be scheduled at our restaurant Marys on Hundfjället, working both day and evening shifts.
Your responsibilities will include serving our guests with food and all related kitchen duties.
YOU:
You have a qualified cook/cold food specialist education and master both classical and creative cooking.
You have at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen.
You have a contagious smile and a genuine interest in providing our guests with the best possible service and dining experience.
You are flexible, stress-resistant, curious about learning new things, and eager to develop within your profession.
You help create a positive work environment, order, and organization.
You have the ability to maintain an overview and stay calm under pressure.
You have a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
You have a passionate interest in your profession!
You are, together with your coworkers, the face of the restaurant and work continuously to provide our guests with superb service, excellent food, and a great overall experience of their visit.
THE ROLE:
Daily mise en place, receiving deliveries, service, cleaning.
Working hours are daytime, with some evenings during the season.

We prepare delicious burgers with tasty and hearty sides—all served American style, poke bowls, kids' menus, coffee and snacks, and as the afternoon approaches, we become the obvious meeting place after a day on the slopes....

Sälenfjällen is Northern Europe's largest alpine ski resort and the Nordic region's largest outdoor recreation area with approximately 4.8 million guest nights per year. Sälenfjällen generates over 2.5 billion SEK annually. During high season in winter, approximately 100,000 people move through the area daily.
We provide staff accommodation when you work with us, but of course you're welcome to arrange your own accommodation if you prefer!
