Who are we looking for?
We are now seeking a passionate chef who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create delicious and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability.
The role includes daily work with quality control, good knowledge of allergens and the ability to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving of goods, and waste management. You will also assist in menu planning and inventory management.
About Restaurant Space INN
We operate a food service that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner within the gates of Esrange – Sweden's only space base.
The restaurant is flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to handle many different types of assignments and requests. We have a fast pace, multiple parallel processes underway, and are accustomed to quickly adjusting to needs.

Who are you?
• You are over 18 years old
• You have education in hotel and restaurant management with a chef focus or equivalent
• You have previous experience working in restaurants
• You have the ability to plan and structure work efficiently
• Through your passion, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver
• You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resilient, and collaborate and communicate well
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish
• You have a B driver's license
